    Hi guys,

I have passed the 9i upgrade exam about more than a month ago but until now I haven't received the certificate yet. I want to notify somebody but I don't know who I should talk to. Is it Oracle education or Prometric? or do they have a toll-free number where I can call to?

    Thanks.

I had to wait approximately 5 months, then I got 3 certificates within a couple of weeks.

    Hi Tim,

Did you lodge a complain or notify them about the lateness before you got your certicates sent to you?
I was calling my contact at Oracle Education and an automatic reply came out telling she's out of the company for good. just nice huh?

It is not at all unusual to wait for 3 months before you get uour certificate.

I sent countless emails and it did no good. I eventually rang up and was promised I'd get the certificate within 2 weeks. It didn't arrive. After two more episodes like this over the next month or two I recieved 3 certificates. It seems each phone call resulted in a certificate, but they took more than 30 days to arrive.

    Cheers

    Angry surprise!

    Hi all,

I passed the upgrade exam on July 20th and i was expecting the certificate within 30 days!! But it didn't arrived so i called prometric and asked about the status of my certi. thay said we can do nothing as it is different dept. and we don't have access to it!!! Even they have no call transfer
service to that dept. and there is no phone number to contact them!!!! Finaly i wrote email at fulfillment@prometric.com and get replied saying that we got your email and we are checking on it. I hope they don't come back with any more excuses :(

In my case, I emailed fulfillment@prometric.com asking for the exact date when my OCA certificate was shipped to the address I provided when I registered for my first exam. Do the same and also consider how long it will usually take your local postal office to deliver mails from overseas.
