    Linux Red Hat 7.2
    Oracle 9i R2

    EVERYTIME I CREATE A DATABASE I GET THE ERROR:

    ORA-01092 : ORACLE instance terminated. Disconnection forced.

    what does it happen?

    even with OMF I get this error!

    even with DBCA I get this error!
