The SYstem is only accessed by around 20 users and but it does have some large batch process .
So the 4 rollback seg is created with 200 MB each . Then User
never faced any problem on the rollback extends:-)
My question is what's the harm to set the rollback seg bigger like that .

Have you considered creating a seperate large rollback segment then assigning the batch transactions to that segment?
I maintain a system with characteristics like yours, I have a large rollback segment which is offline during the day and then online overnight and each batch transaction is set to use that segment.

Basically I don't want to create single large rollback for batch as it's involved some coding change .
I just want to know what's the harm if I assign rollback seg like this .
Till now , I have not faced any problems .

I don't understand your logic.
If it isn't broken, why try an fix it ?
As long as your analysis of rollback segments proves that they are created optimally, there is no harm in making your RBS's larger.
It is a waste of disk space if you ask me.
Once you have eliminated all of the impossible,
whatever remains however improbable,
must be true.
