    I want to know what are the uses of dbsnmp process. Which tools can access this process apart from Enterprise Manager? What are the inputs and outputs? If you have any documents link, please do provide.

    As far as I'm aware the intelligent agent (dbsnmp) can only be used by Enterprise Manager. It is part of the OEM framework, rather than a bit of the database. If you are not running OEM you might as well switch it off.
