how to analyz the Database Performance using UTLBSTAT and UTLESTAT.

Hi,
I have taken the report by running the UTLBSTAT/UTLESTAT scripts. Now I wanted to compare my statistics . Is there any document to identify the bottlenects from the resport. or URLs

816 and above u can use the statspack.

MY oracle db is 8.15 running windows NT.
also want to know the time difference of running the UTLBSTAT and UTLESTAT packages.

There's no harad and fast rule, choose the busiest time of database engagement and keep a few hours in between.
Well you can keep it for days as well.

Check http://www.oraperf.com. You could upload the report.txt file, and get their recommendations. After analyze the recommendartions ....
