Can someone tell me where/how I get a copy of Forms Builder version 3.0.

Uuuu.... How old are u?
Oracle ended the techical support of Oracle Forms 3.0 (not Forms Builder 3.0)
as i can remenber in 1997(or 1996) and ended to sale this tools in 1992(3).
Try to use any search engine...
