Question to all Dbas about building knowledge base

I wanted to start building a knowledge base on Oracle with topics like:

Server
1. how to build a db

Tuning
Backup/Recovery
1. how to take export
2. setup RMAN
3. blah blah blah

Net8

Unix
1. kernel parms explanations..

anybody has any ideas on how i can do that? or what they have done ??

marist i know that...this is for my personal internal use...At some sites i dont neccesarily have internet access so i wanna carry this in a cd..

burn a couple versions oracle doco in CDs and you are done

From where do i download the online documentation to my hard-disk so that latter on i can burn that to a CD-ROM
