    Question

    Can you tell me what functionalities and features I will lose if I install Oracle Enterprise Manager 2.2 without Oracle Manager Server ?

    You can access DBA Studion alone. You can't make all the components of DBA to work either.

    All you can do is browse/navigate/change all the components of database.
