While migrating from forms 4.5 to 6i, button size is getting reduced and text is getting displaced.
We are using Forms version number 6.0.8.17.1 ;
Do we need to apply patch 3 for fixing this bug (bug no: 790617) already fixed in 6.0.5.30.2.

We went from 4.5 to 6 then to 6i. Never had a problem with buttons and fonts on the buttons. All patch 3 really did was fix printing for reports, as least as far as our application is concerned - there may be some other "features" in 6 or 6i we never came across.
Patch 3a for 6i on NT/95 bugs with buttons mentioned include
824648 DISABLED ICONIC BUTTONS HAVE DIFFERENT BEVEL COLOUR and some obscure stuff related to Java beans and web forms.
