Thread: error in oracle manager console

    Question

    hi,
    how can i solve that error(authentication error)
    it happens when i try to execute a job in the
    oracle manager console to import, export, etc
    I think that is a problem when i configure de Prefered Credentials in Oracle management server

    You must set a suitable OS username/password as a preferred credential for the node. In UNIX you could use the Oracle user. In NT/2000 you must pick an OS user that has the "Log on as batch" priviledge assigned to it's profile.

    It is also better to add this OS user as member of the Local administrator group and also to have proper privileges on the folder where u want to place your udmp files.
