Our database crashed. We managed to start the instance, opened the database and were able connect through Toad.
However USERS were not able to connect through our main reporting application that use the Delphi/BDE ODBC.
when we checked the alert log we have ora-0600 internal error.
we did systemstate dump and still unable to connect our main delphi dependent application to see our database.
here is the error message:
Errors in file E:\oracle\admin\RMSYS\udump\ORA02704.TRC:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17182], [606519164], [], [], [], [], [], []
Any suggestion?

All the ORA-600 errors are regarding bugs in Oracle.Please consult Oracle Support for this type of errors and send them the trace file which is shown in the error.
