How to move 3 indexes of a tablespace for another one? without using export or recreate????

ALTER INDEX with the rebuild clause placing the "rebuilt" index into a new tablespace with new allocation parameters...

The index WILL move if you specify a different tablespace in the parameters of the rebuild clause...
