    Hiii i am new user for oracle metalink registration,
    when i try to register,it will asking below two columns

    Support Identifier
    (CSI, SAC, Access Code etc.)

    Country

    but my country is malaysia.
    what is Support identifier?
    i try to put any ename it will be error?
    Is there any spic identifiers?
    plsss any one know send me.

    Ask your boss if you have or not support from metalink. He/she will give you this number
