    How can I delete a service from my machine?
    I created a database but I wanted to delete it,and then recreate it with the same name,but I can't because there's a service with the same name.I deleted all archives,but the only thing I can't remove is the service with the name of the database.Can I do that,so I can create a new database with the same name?

    Startup a command box and type in ..............

    ORADIM -DELETE -SID 'SID'

    The bit in quotes is the SID or Service Name, don't include the quotes.
