I am using the Materialised view in a table which calculates the summary info of that table.
The updation rate of the table is 60 records/minute

Materialized view is scheduled for every one hour.
I want to know whether the updation speed will slow down during the view refresh every one hour

Do the refreshing of materialised view affect the table updation.

You might use option refresh fast on demand. it will make light impact on your table.
