    Can LogMiner be used to track changes to a set of tables allowing you to see how a columns have changed over time? If yes, how can this info be displayed to the user? Thanks.

    You can use Oracle Enterprise Manager.

    Changes can be seen in the form of SQL statements. It gives all the changes over the period of time and you might need to use OS tools/utilities to find the table SQL statements you are interested in...
