Anyone tried install iAS R2?

Hi

I am gonna install iAS Release 2 these few days however due to resource problem I wont be able to install in three nodes as Oracle suggests. The combo will be Oracle 9iAS R2 and Oracle 9i R2 on Suse 8.0

There are some doubts, first is about OID, it seems like Oracle 9i 9.0.1.2 software comes with iAS R2 so OID metadata looks like will be installed under this version, my doubt is: is it feasible install this metadata in a 9.2 database? What i wanna do is avoid having two database instances, one just for OID metadata and the other my production database.

OID will comes with Database, you will get the development tool from IAS. You have to have dedicated database for OID.

a single instance for OID....? I was thinking to put it with the production database.... sounds weird but it's due to resource problems

And I wonder if OID can be installed into a 9.2 database
