Question on third party tool-SQL Navigator

We are using sql navigator for Oracle.We have public synonyms for remote objects and public synonyms for objects in local database.

When expanding the objects "Public" schema, the columns of remote tables are not visible where as columns for loca tables can be seen.I was trrying to compare this with executing a DDL on remote object vs local object.However 'Desc' on either objects yield results.

Any input will be of great help.

First try to describe the objects with the full name.
When that does not work, it is a matter of rights.

The "Describe" works fine.It is the navigator which is not showing the columns when expanded.

In that case contact your supplier, or go to the website of SQL Navigator and search if the problem is known there.
