utl_smtp

Hi everybody,

with the user sys I am able to send the mail thru utl_smtp.My prob is when i connected to the some other user say abc i am getting the errors it says insufficient priviledges.I just want to know what are the previledges i have to grant to the user abc in order to execute the utl_smtp.what are the steps in order to run the utl_smtp from the user other than sys.do i have to run all the scripts again in the user abc.

Hi,
There are no special priveleges to be given to access the utl_smtp package.You need to give execute priveleges for the user abc on the package/procedure you created.Thats it
