You do not have any corruption on your temp file. AFAIK temp files are simply skipped by dbv. See in your report that actually 0 datablocks have been processed. 4 blocks that are reported as processed ("Others") probably belong to datafile header where dbv finds that this is actually a temp file and stops processing it. Unfortunatelly all other blocks are reported as corrupted, although they have not been checked at all. Simply ignore this report or even better, don't even check tempfiles with dbv utility - there is no point in doing it at all.
