Oracle Internal Errors - Why Oracle Keep Them Internal

Don't you think Oracle should be more open in publishing known internal errors and their solutions.

All the documents say Contact Oracle Support for this. What about If I have purchased Oracle Software and not support, Am I not entitled to get the solution for these errors?

Most of the big software companies make lot of money not selling the software but by selling service and support.

If Software Professional/DBA did a perfect job and then sits idle, the management will start feeling that they can elimnate that job.

If a DB is working perfectly, no one would buy support, to forums like this, very few DBA's .....
