table size estimation

Like, is there any formula like to estimate the table size before inserting the rows into thetable.

Another thing.

Like how to oracle interpret the size
like if i give number(10), how much storage it will occupy

like i have created the table structure.
The formula has to take the no. of rows expected and then give the size occupied by the table;
