how to find OTN member id?

Hi,

im preparing for ocp8i dba exams, right now im in india,
when i try to find discounts for ocp exams, i came to know
if Im a OTN member, i can get 20% discount, but need to know my OTN member id.

im OTN member,but how can i find my OTN id?


second thing is if i can take course on OCP tracks at Oracle Alliance Education partners institutes, avail 44% discount on all exams for which coupons are given.

so can i get both offer or any one of the them only?
