    Can anyone recommend books that offer full examples on PL/SQL blocks? That's real examples........

    You can make use to Oracle Press book of PL/SQL
    and you want in depth knowledge of PL/SQL with several examples then you can go for B.M. Hooker PL/SQL Book(Publisher Prantice Hall)
    I think that this will work for you
