I Just Clear my 9i upgrade test 52/56.
I was not that bad, but not a single question from SelfTest. I follow following test materials:
1. Oracle 9i New Features, by HOWARD J. ROGERS
2. Self Test (278 questions)
3. Oracle Free Sample test (20 questions)
4. http://www.oracle-base.com/Articles/9i/Articles9i.asp
5. 9i under win2000 & Unix.
Explanations:
1. Oracle 9i New Features, by HOWARD J. ROGERS:
This was my main guidebook. I can believe it is free. It is
very good. I read twice.
2. SelfTest: I read Reference under each question over and
over. Try to understand each question, answer, and why
other answers are incorrect. Finally took 56 questions
made 98%, before I register for the test. That was my
guideline, and I told my self I am ready for this test.
3. Oracle Free Sample test: Took this test and scored 90%,
first time.
4. Oracle-Base: Use Tim Hall's note as additional reference.
5. 9i under win2000 & Unix: Install, uninstalled and have
work with 9i under these two OS.
If you read and understand reference materials under each SelfTest question you should not have any problem to answer the test questions.
Best regards,

Some sites are continuing to mirror it until they are officially told to stop by Oracle or Howard Rogers himself
http://www.oracle-base.com/Misc/OCPCertification9i.asp
Even then I'm sure it will continue to be distributed via email for quite some time. Let's face it, anyone who had already downloaded a copy could distribute it quite easily by just posting their email address on the forum like this offering general help: info@oracle-base.com
Cheers
