    Hi
I have installed oracle 8.1.7 client on Windows terminal server. I ran the setup.exe thru Add/Remove programs. After installation, I can't find exp.exe in oracle_home\Bin directory. I wanted to take some export backup from that server. Any idea what to be done?

It looks like it was not installed correctly. Install again. Run setup.exe from CD and it will ask for Oracle Home etc and only install the client .

On terminal servers, switch your session to install mode before running the setup program from the CD.
You can do this by typing the following at the DOS command prompt :
CHANGE USER /INSTALL "and hit enter"

after the install is complete, type
CHANGE USER /EXECUTE to switch batch the program execution mode.
