    hi,

    How to MIRROR the control file on windows2000 at the O/S level ?

    Does windows2000 support Disk mirroring ?

    Could anybody explain me in detail.

    Sonia,

    You can mirror the control file by putting the same control file in two different disk drives with diff. names. All copies should have been declared in the init.ora.

    Disk mirroring is achieved by implementing the RAID level 1 and that is the job of NT/OS administrator.
