    Hi,

    Include the entry in the file LISTENER.ORA or use NET8 Configuration Assistant for the listener and
    goto command prompt and say

    c:\> lsnrctl start.

    This will add the entry in the Control Panel>Services.

    I have more Databases installed,but the one I created with the Oracle server installed on my computer,is the only who doesn't work,and I can't connect because of the listener...
    The other databases, they're definitely being listened by an tnslistener.
    Find it first! Is it on a remote server?(meaning you being the client for the already running dbs??)

    You still haven't given your os/version etc info. Please come a little specific.

    Thanks Vijay,I tried just with c:\> lsnrctl start. and the service was created.Everything works fine now,and I can connect.
