    Hello, my Question is:
Does ORacle move the table-segment database-block- ( due to higher performance ) or row-oriented like an normal INSERT-Stmt.

This question is important, because if MOVE works only database-block-oriented then Reorgansiation would not change the filling-grade of the Databaseblocks.
    Then exp/imp shpuld be prefered.

Oracle move data of table row by row.
    Because:
in ALTER TABLE MOVE statment u can use -->
full set of storage and block structure parameters (including INITIAL, PCTFREE, PCTUSED, MAXTRANS ...)
oracle can't change any of its without reorganisation db block.
