    i deleted a undo tablespace by creating a new undotbs and deleting the old one
    after i deleted i coudnt recover it ,i made a partial recovery
    and that was an offline backup , actually now i coudnt open my database in because of this ,and it was asking me to recover the datafile and alll but i coudnt query any dict relating to it

    Try to recreate the undo tbs with the same old file name and the path. How did you deleted it? first drop the tablespace and then delete the datafile.
