Thread: Windows XP

    I have Oracle 8.1.7 and Developer 6i. I have installed both on Windows 2k and it works just fine.

    I have another machine that has Windows XP home edition, does 8.1.7 and 6i runs on XP, or do I need newer version.

    We've got the server working but had to use the 9i client on xp. I'm not sure if the sp's and patches have fixed that though.
