    Hi all,
    We have TOAD and another reporting application on our database.
    Few users have access to TOAD and we are concerned that they might delete or drop a table in the database. All of the users were created in the reporting application which only read, write and delete privilege. How can we enhance the databsae security through
    toad or ?
    Any suggestion?
    Thanks

    As you mentioned reporting application then I assume that the users do not need insert, update, delete privileges. You may revoke them and just make sure that the select privilege is granted on the tables, views.
    Or you may create a role for reporting application and grant it to the application users.

    TOAD also has security within itself.
    Tools -> Toad Security
