    If you stop the ORacle.exe of the instance, what's kind of shutdown??? Is it

    SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE
    SHUTDOWN NORNAL
    SHUTDOWN ABORT ????

    Assuming nothing is wrong, all three will stop the ORACLE.EXE process.

    you miss my point


    I want to find out what kind of shutdown when you stop ORACLE.EXE of the instance.

    Is that SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE, SHUTDOWN NORMAL or SHUTDOWN ABORT ????

    Assuming you are talking about ending the process on Windows. This will abort the database. That process holds all the memory structures. Stopping it crashes the DB
