    Red face

    Hi all,
I tried loading oracle8 and oracle7 on the same server but I get bunch of errors so I uninstall manually by going to the registry but it was not a good option so we had to rebuild the whole Server. Now I have oracle7 installed again which was successful and my Oracle Service will not start giving this error
"the system could not find the specified module"
Any urgent help will be appreciated as we have to go live this weekend and the plan is dependent on this ervice.

    Thanks

    which OS r u using.
type ORADMIN on the command prompt and see whether the service u created is displayed.
Also just check in ur registry that your sid is set.
Type on the command prompt if its windows,
    net stop oracleservice
    net start oracleservice
