New 8i features to practice

We have recently move to 8i from 8.0.

I want to know which DBA related features I should right away practice on 8i which are most useful.

Hi Try to use Tempfile concept instead of tablespace temporary....
Meaning create locally managed tablespace and allot that tablespace to users as temporary tablespace...Give a reading it is really interesting...
