I'm not suggesting they are the best, but I would always do the Oracle University courses. Get it straight from the horses mouth.

I don't find as much value in a class as reading the documents on http://technet.oracle.com/products/o...i/content.html
There's nothing like learning on your own system at your own pace.
And if you have a question, post it. There are some really big brains on this forum that get even bigger from answering good questions.
