    I have just completed an intal of Oracle 817, but during the process of linking a couple of error messages were displayed.

    I tried to manually link the (make -f), and thay all stated the links were uptodate, except the one below:

    $ make -f /usr/oracle/rdbms/lib/ins_rdbms.mk
    Make: Don't know how to make /usr/oracle/rdbms/lib/skgxpd.o. Stop.

    Is this a Unix Patch issue? Or a Oracle Patch issue?

    Further info: i downloaded 817r3 from the oracle website.

    Any assistance would be appreciated.
