    I have a export dump xaa ,xab,xac from from Solaris by the usage of split command .

    Now i need them to import into a NT box .


    In unix we can a pipe and import how do we do the same in NT

    Hi

    Pipe communication is only supported between similar operating systems. Win32 applications and UNIX applications cannot intercommunicate.

    You can use DOS copy command to copy( and join) multiple files into one file. After you have created one file, you can import the file into the database on Windows.

    I have three dumps xaa xab xac

    how will I do that in NT ..

    Have you done that before ..

    Can you explain me step by step
