We currently have a 200 GB datawarehouse running on Oracle 9i Enterprise Edition 2 processors Atlon on Windows 2000. We want to re -engineer the datawarehouse by using
External Table feature from Oracle 9i to store historical data. To save money we want to switch to Oracle 9i Personal Edition. It is being said that Oracle Personal Edition is limited
to one licence. What does it mean? What would be the limitations for a datawarehouse of this amplitude to run
on Personal Edition. Did anyone did this? Please advise.
