    How do I find out what objects are being used by a user? I have queried v$sqlarea, but this has returned no rows for this particular user. The user is running an application which uses pl/sql packages and procedures. Thanks.

    With the next query you can see all objects in use at this moment:

    SELECT A.SID,A.USERNAME,B.OWNER,B.OBJECT,B.TYPE
    FROM V$SESSION A,V$ACCESS B
    WHERE A.SID = B.SID;

    If you add and username='USER'

    You will see the objects used by this user at this moment.

    Hope that helps
