You did not say what release, but basically, I guess you need more db block buffers and a larger shared pool.
As to how much more to add, that depends on your server and your application(s).

you should provide some more details beyond this report. i.e. which version of oracle, whether its a production database, if not whether you've taken this ratios immediatly after starting the database.
remember, you'll not get the proper ratio unless and until you've worked for a long time after starting the database. if you could give more details then there are many talents who can provide u ur answers.
