In Designer, if you select all of the objects on the diagram and copy, you can paste on a Word or Excel in .bmp format.

Then you can convert with an image editor.

That is not quite what I want. Okay this is the scnarion.
I am the only person that have access to Erwin. My developers don't have Erwin installed on their clients. I am wondering if there is a way that I can import an Erwin diagram into a format that they can see ( may be through any of the office 2000 products)

    Any help?

    Hi,

You can save the diagram in a PDF format if you have Acrobat PDF Writer.

    Good luck

    Hi,

Install PDF writer on the PC where Erwin is installed. Go to the print setup ---> Printer Name. You will see in the list your printers and the option 'Acrobat PDFWriter'. Choose that one and your diagram will be saved in PDF file.
Then developpers can read it wit Acrobat Reader.

Hakimka's on the right track ... That's what I'd do.

    Check out http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/complement.html

This link has some good information about how MS Office and Adobe Acrobat integrate.
