    Here are my revision notes:

    http://www.oracle-base.com/Articles/9i/Articles9i.asp

There were no exam guides out when I took the beta exam and I'm too mean to pay for the ILTs. A few people have told me they passed using these notes alone so they can't be that bad. You'll have to check out the manuals for Advanced Replication and Globalization as I've not got round to finishing these yet.

Also this seems pretty cool to me:

    http://www.hjrdba.com/books/9inf.pdf

Once again, a few bits missing.

Julian used the ILTs and said the documentation was great. I trust his judgement since he's been on every ILT there has ever been

    Good luck

It is official. It's used as part of the quality control for the production exam. Rather than 56 questions in 90 mins you do 191 in 3 hours. It really does fry your brain. In addition to answering the questions you are able to comment on bad questions.

Once all the exams are gathered in the comments are read and the questions revised for the production exam. It sounds like the number of options in alot of the multiple choice questions has been reduced but for the most part it's the same exam.

You do not get a result at the end of the exam. They are posted out the day before the production exam is released. The certificate is supposed to come within 30 days as normal but in my case I'm still waiting (3.5 Months and counting )

I'm not sure I'll do the beta exam for 10i when it's released. The beta exams are harder due to the bad quality of the questions and there are no study guides so it's a bit of a nightmare. It's easier to wait for the production exam, revision guides and ILTs to be released.

    Cheers

    Hi, sumi-ocp,
The books I have used are from Oracle Press. Here is the link:

I found it helpful. You have to do more exercise in the real database. Good luck.
