2)what is in the sys schema.?
3)this sys schema is the same thing as internal,by which we connect to oracle??

The SYS schema is the metadata of the database. It keeps track of objects that are in the database. There is no reason to export the SYS schema as each database automatically maintains it's own metadata. When you connect to INTERNAL, you are essentially connecting to SYS.

The SYSTEM schema is just like any other DBA schema (more or less). SYSTEM can own objects that have nothing to do with database operations. As such, it's schema is exported along with other users.

Oracle has some reasons do that:

    1) If u going migrate ur applications (and data) from one version to another, sys schema may be different.
    2) When u import ur data (AND OBJECTS) to anoter database what kind of data should has SYS schema. (records about ALL OBJECTS) and
How import utility should import user's objects, if information about its exists in dictionary already. What oracle should do with extents, segments...)

There are main reasons, why sys schema not include in full export.
