Back Up Question

I guess by now you guys, who have helped me, know that I am a real rookie but trying to learn Oracle. Thank you for your assistance.
The following is not working for me in attempting to make a backup copy of a database. What's wrong with my syntax?

Svrmgr> host
C:\> copy h:\mscd642\dbms\app\oracle\admin\bk05\Database\*.* h:\mscd642\dbms\app\oracle\admin\bk05\donttouch

h:\mscd642\dbms\app\oracle\admin\bk05\Database\*.*
The system cannot find the path specified.
0 file(s) copied.

Are you sure the path exists

h:\mscd642\dbms\app\oracle\admin\bk05\donttouch
