    I have the following error:

    OWS-088811: Unable to startup Oracle Web Listener ''

    Any ideas? I need to fix this problem...

    I would guess there is a problem with your configuration. What have you changed recently?

    But, I have the same error...

    The incompatible patche is 105210-38 for OWS.
