    Please help me,

    OS: Windows 2000 server
    Oracle version 8.1.7
    Error ORA-12560: TNSrotocol error ignore/abort
    Tool: Database configuration assistant

    Cause: The listener was unable to start a process connecting the user to the database server.

    Actions:

    1. Turn on tracing and re-execute the operation.

    2. Evaluate the contents of the trace file to diagnose the problem.

    Problem Solved, I was using Teminal Services to configure the database, when I went to sever, it worked fine. . .
