Oracle 9i Rollback segment problems

Hi All,
I have been unsuccessful putting my private rollback segments online on database startup(automatically) despite the fact that they are included in my init.ora script. This is how the parameter is set:

rollback_segments = ( RB1, RB2, RB3, RB4, RB5 )

Check whether you are using UNDO_MANAGEMENT =auto ???

in the initparameter
