    I got my certificate yesterday, its just nine days after the last exam, may be sound unbelievable to some

    Unbelievable. Must be a world record. In my case, 2 months after my last exam, I received an email saying that there was some labor strife and printing problems etc., and the certificate would be mailed after another month.
