Thread: Upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit Oracle 8i

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me what is involved with upgrading from 32 bit 8i to 64 bit 8i (Solaris 8) Are there any database changes involved (ie. is Migration Assistant used) Or is it just a matter of installing the 64 bit software and bringing up the databases.
